“All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
This week will be diving into the world of self-experimentation. The discipline has an interesting and somewhat controversial past. Nonetheless, using experimentation as an instrument for self-knowledge and decision making is incredibly powerful, once fully understood. In fact, I’d argue that the lack of awareness and practice of self-experimentation (in any form) is one of the great tragedies of the modern world, especially a world where it is getting more and more difficult to discern facts from falsehoods.
Anyway, I’m ranting a bit now. Just know that I’m very excited to explore this topic with all of you this week, and to get your first personal experiment up and running.
